Joe Fox represents a rare breed of humble comedians in this era of competitive entertainment. A consumate professional, Fox’s achievements include sold-out shows at many of the nation’s premier comedy venues. This versatile comic, actor, writer, and businessman has been delivering a clever style of physical and intellectual comedy for the past fifteen years.

In addition to appearing at world-renowned venues like “The Improv” and “Laugh Factory”, Joe performed overseas for American military troops stationed in Japan and Africa, and appeared on two seasons of BET’s hit show “Comic View”. For the past three year, Fox has been co-hosting one of the hottest urban comedy shows in Los Angeles: “Trippin’ On Tuesdays”, at the world-famous Comedy Store on Sunset. Whether serving as co-creator and host of his own comedy show (Liquid Lungz), featuring for comedians like Tony Rock and Guy Torry, or headlining at clubs across the country, Joe Fox is delivering a brand of comedy that audiences are hysterically enjoying.

Hailing from the Midwest, Fox earned his Bachelors degree from the University of Oklahoma, and soon after, found his groove on the comedy stages in Dallas, TX. Bill Cosby once said about being a comedian, “I started out as a child.”, and this sentiment rings true for this comedian as well. He attributes his own comedic foundation to the many misadventures experienced in his childhood. Joe has cultivated laughable explanations to many of life’s un-laughable situations, and his nostalgic references are capturing the hearts and sympathies of audiences alike. Currently, he resides in Los Angeles where he continues to develop new comedy material and prepare for film and television projects.
